Repeater:

The Repeater A-Link extends or strengthens the SpiderMesh network by repeating each message that passes through the network.

The repeater is the backbone of the SpiderMesh network; it allows to connect different sensors that would usually be out of range with the Gateway. Indeed, it is common to use repeaters in each deployment, especially when obstacles make communication challenging to access.
